There are four types of vegetarians, depending on the consumption of the food they add in their diet. The four types are vegetarians are Lacto Ovo Vegetarian, Ovo Vegetarian, Demi Vegetarian, and Semi Vegetarian. Vegetarianism is very old concept for the followers of Hinduism.

Vegan

vegans are those who not only avoid meat, flesh and sea food but are a little step ahead by eliminating all the products of animals and even the products made by the skin of animals and the products which are tested on animals. Vegans are also of three types, depending on what they consume in their diet.

The three types of vegans are Ethical Vegans, Plant Based Vegans, and Raw Vegan. Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.
